The Sherborn.com logo: an apple tree, an evergreen and a maple above green land, blue water, reddish-brown earth and a small Massachusetts outline

The Sherborn.com logo was designed to reflect some of the things that make Sherborn special.

At the top are three trees that represent different parts of the town’s landscape and history. The apple tree is a nod to Sherborn’s long history of apple growing and cider making. The evergreen and maple represent the woods and trees found throughout town.

The green landscape represents Sherborn’s fields, farms, conservation land, and open space. The blue water represents both the Charles River, which forms part of Sherborn’s boundary, and Farm Pond, one of the most recognizable natural features in town.

The reddish-brown section represents the earth and soil beneath it all, paying homage to the town’s farming legacy that continues today. The small Massachusetts outline at the bottom shows Sherborn’s place within the Commonwealth.

The logo is meant to be simple, but every part of it connects back to something that is part of Sherborn’s character and history.

The logo was created for Sherborn.com by Red Tail Design.
